International Business Simulation

A major highlight of the program is the international business simulation, which will take place during the program’s concluding week. Participants will reconvene again in the convivial surroundings of the Lilienberg conference center as they did in the kick-off seminar. Over the course of five rigorous days, they will be challenged to implement knowledge and skills acquired over the course of the program. Fashioned according to models of intensive-week development programs for high-potential employees, small teams will analyze and resolve a major business dilemma set within the framework of the program’s reference case study.
