Registration
The registration fee includes participation in the academic programme, the get-together, lunches, beverages/snacks during the breaks and conference folder. The reception on Friday following the panel discussion will be charged extra.

Conference fees

Online registration and payment
Please fill out the online registration form to register, send it and proceed directly to payment. The conference fees shall be paid by credit card. Thank you.

Cancellations
Cancellations received before October 1, 2009 will result in an 80% refund. For cancellations after that date no refund will be made. Online registration will close on November 16.
