Guidelines for Speakers

  1. Please arrive at the meeting room at least 10 minutes before your scheduled presentation.

  2. Each room comes equipped with a computer and a beamer. Please bring along your USB memory stick or CD containing the file of your presentation. Please store your presentation on the computer provided in the room before the session starts.

  3. If you should require assistance, please approach the helper assigned to assist the Panel Chair.

  4. Each presentation is given 15 minutes, thus the length of your presentation material should be in accordance to your time allotted. Be considerate of the other speakers and audience by staying within your time. The panel chair is asked to stop you after 15 minutes in order to allow enough time for all presentations and the following discussion.

  5. The discussion will take place after all presentations of the panel have been given.
